Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Experience with account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Work independently and in a team; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for all accounts, including bank reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Compile, review, and submit sales commission reports for management approval.
• Complete and process daily ACH transactions.
• Record, code, and reconcile incoming payments and checks.
• Maintain and update advertising expense tracking spreadsheets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial analysis reports for Controllers and General Managers.
• Assist in preparing dealership financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company accounting policies.
