Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the accounting department across our dealership network in Austin, TX. You will assist the Controller and Assistant Controller with daily accounting operations, monthly reconciliations, and preparation of weekly and monthly analysis reports to aid management decisions.

Qualifications

• Two-to-three years accounting experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma required; BA/Associate degree a plus.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Controller and Assistant Controller in daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for dealership accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for management.
• Assist dealership management as needed.
