Job summary

Trust Automotive Group in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Dealership Payroll Specialist to support payroll and accounting across multiple dealerships. This on-site role handles payroll processing, data entry, and confidential employee information.

Ideal candidates will have payroll or dealership experience, accuracy, and strong Microsoft Office skills. ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior payroll, accounting, clerical, or dealership experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing employee payroll accurately and timely.
• Review and enter payroll information including hours, commissions, bonuses, deductions.
• Review timecards and identify missing or inaccurate payroll information.
• Maintain payroll files, records, and documentation.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Process payroll-related changes and updates as directed.
• Support payroll audits and verify information for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and related info.
• Provide administrative support to Payroll Department as needed.
