Preferred candidates hold a business management degree and have 3+ years of automotive dealership leadership. This safety-sensitive role supports growth and customer satisfaction with a focus on compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating an automotive or heavy equipment dealership.
• A college degree in business management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the location and its daily procedures.
• Plan, direct and control activities of the assigned location through department managers.
• Evaluate department performance and ensure goals and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel decisions and staffing.
• Develop annual and monthly business plans, sales and profit objectives.
