Zusammenfassung

The Larson Group Peterbilt seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the dealership’s service department. You will plan, direct, and control activities to meet growth and profit objectives while upholding high customer service standards.

You will supervise service writers and technicians, manage maintenance of repair orders, and coordinate with parts and sales to maximize market penetration. CDL is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School diploma.
• A college degree or certificate or degree from a trade school is required.
• Experience in a related field is required.
• Must maintain a Class A or B CDL with a good driving record.

Aufgaben

• Assess present and future needs, trends, problems, and profit opportunities.
• Establish short and long term operating and financial objectives and align department to meet these goals.
• Direct and assist service writers and supervisors in service department functions; maintain repair order closer rate under 15 days and 5-day lag.
• Maintain records and reports on all service activities; lead weekly KPI, WIP, EFF, Productivity and safety meetings.
• Coordinate efforts with parts and service sales to achieve market penetration.
• Manage department to achieve goals set forth by Management.
