Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration.
• Dealership accounting experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Post vehicle deals and maintain dealership financial records.
• Prepare and reconcile daily deposits and cash receipts.
• Process invoices and vendor payments.
• Assist with title paperwork and deal documentation as needed.
• Reconcile bank statements, schedules, and dealership accounts.
• Maintain organized accounting files and financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Respond to internal accounting and administrative requests.
• Work with sales, service, parts, and management teams for accurate reporting.
