Qualifications

• Experience across all roles in a dealership accounting office.
• Hands-on accounting professional able to support across the office functions.
• Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings is highly preferred.
• Experience preparing tax filings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily dealership accounting functions.
• Review and reconcile accounting schedules.
• Process and monitor warranty cancellations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Provide support across all accounting office functions as business needs require.
• Ensure financial records are accurate and maintained per policies.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and maintain compliance.
