Driveway Driveway.com is seeking a Document Compliance Specialist to be the main contact for customer deal paperwork. You will validate documentation, prepare all related forms, and coordinate with dealerships and accounting to ensure timely deal funding.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and proficiency with DMS and e-contracting. Hybrid schedule with a 40-hour week and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be comfortable with paperwork and basic math.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain and document paperwork clearly to customers.
• Prepare all deal paperwork in DMS and related systems.
• Process documents digitally and on wet ink when needed.
• Coordinate with Business Office and Dealership Accounting on funding.
