Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Automotive Finishes location in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role supports customer needs, handles orders, and helps customers select the right Sherwin-Williams Automotive products.

You will also receive, prepare, and deliver orders while maintaining safety and inventory controls. Based at Automotive Finishes #9743, 7671 E 46th Place, Tulsa, OK 74145, the position runs Monday–Friday between 8am and 5pm with potential

Qualifications

Minimum requirement: 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Load and unload products from deliveries.
Operate material handling, tinting, mixing and testing equipment safely.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
Process sales transactions in the POS according to policies.
Keep a clean, safe environment and optimize space utilization.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory review.
