Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Automotive branch in Glendale, AZ. This full-time role involves helping customers, taking orders, and ensuring accurate transactions as part of daily operations.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with responsibilities including inventory checks, promoting specials, and adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle materials as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule in a safe and timely manner (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions in the POS accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Promote sales specials and initiatives.
• Complete branch opening and end-of-day procedures and nightly bank deposits as a keyholder.
