Job summary

Garden City Mazda is expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) with Internet Sales and Customer Service Representatives. You will help online and phone shoppers with information on vehicle availability and pricing, and book appointments for the sales team.

No sales closing required; enthusiasm and a friendly, proactive attitude are key. We offer $18 per hour plus commission and bonuses, paid training, and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, Customer Service, or Call Center experience is a plus but not required – we train for your success.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume.
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Attend product and sales training.
• Answer internet and telephone inquiries from potential customers primarily seeking information about vehicle availability and pricing.
• Schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to visit our dealership so we can sell them a vehicle.
• Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products.

Garden City Mazda is busier than ever, and our Business Development Center (BDC) is growing and seeking enthusiastic and tech savvy BDC Internet Sales and Customer Service Representatives to assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone, schedule appointments for customers to meet with the sales team, and more.

Ideal applicants will be well-spoken and courteous to ensure a positive impression is made on our current and potential customers. You do not have to close any sales! If you’re outgoing, personable, and a motivated self-starter, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive BDC or Sales experience is a plus!
• Customer service, and telephone/call center experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
