Precision Tune Auto Care in Greensboro is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet customers in-store and over the phone, explain services, and help schedule appointments while promoting parts and automotive services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• 1+ year of automotive service experience helpful; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years strong customer service and communication skills.
• Phone skills
• Computer skills
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts.
• Ability to work days, Sat, some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
