Job summary

Vaden Nissan Savannah is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to engage customers via internet, phone, and live chat. You will use a guided script to share pricing and vehicle availability and set appointments with our sales team.

Join a fast-paced, supportive Business Development Center where training is provided and growth opportunities are available. Prior automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle pricing and availability.
• Identify customer needs and respond in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Schedule multiple customer appointments daily with the dealership sales team.
• Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment.
