Job summary

Nourse Chillicothe Automall in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a full-time custodian to maintain cleanliness and support the operation of our facilities. The right candidate will have experience with manual and automatic cleaning tools.

Compensation will be dependent upon applicant's experience and references. The ideal candidate will be experienced with both manual and automatic cleaning tools, coordinate with staff, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and facility upkeep.
• Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to cleaning emergencies and staff requests within a reasonable time period.
• Ability to plan and organize work to achieve desired results.
• Be comfortable working in external and internal work environments to include adverse or extreme weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunctions with day to day activities. Projects may require working under time constraints to meet deadlines, extended hours and on occasion, weekends.
