Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a reliable Custodian/Janitor to maintain cleanliness across offices, restrooms, service areas, and showroom spaces at our dealership. The role includes routine cleaning, restocking supplies, and basic maintenance to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (1–3 months experience preferred). Strong independence, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Experience in custodial or janitorial work is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand, and walk for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean windows, and polish floors.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust furniture, equipment, and surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Handle food at events for customers.
• Put on display/Make snacks for customers while they wait in our showroom.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs).
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Lock and unlock doors, turn off lights, and secure buildings as required.
• Report any damage, needed repairs, or security concerns to management.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our dealership. The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated building areas (offices, restrooms, service department, common areas, etc.) in a sanitary and safe condition.

Job Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience

Work Conditions
