Job summary

Nourse Chillicothe Automall in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a full-time Automotive Custodian to help maintain cleanliness and safe operation of our facilities. The role requires experience with manual and automatic cleaning tools; compensation will depend on experience and references.

Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, upkeeping buildings inside and out, adhering to OSHA safety requirements, and snow removal of sidewalks and parking areas. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and facility upkeep.
• Ability to exercise judgment and respond to cleaning emergencies and staff requests quickly.
• Ability to plan and organize work to achieve desired results.
• Comfortable working in adverse weather conditions and outdoor environments.
• Able to manage multiple projects alongside day-to-day tasks.
