Nourse Chillicothe Automall is seeking a dedicated full-time custodian in Chillicothe, OH to help maintain our facilities' cleanliness and operations. The role involves using both manual and automatic cleaning tools, and compensation depends on experience and references.

The right candidate will work to keep the buildings safe and well-maintained, including outdoor areas, while complying with OSHA safety requirements and the shop's standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Experience with manual and automatic cleaning tools.
• Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to cleaning emergencies and staff requests within a reasonable time period.
• Ability to plan and organize work to achieve desired results.
• Be comfortable working in external and internal environments including adverse or extreme weather conditions.

• Assist in the up-keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.
• Adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
