Job summary

Nourse Chillicothe Automall is seeking a full-time custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety of our facilities in Chillicothe, Ohio. The ideal candidate has experience with manual and automatic cleaning tools and a reliable driving record.

You will perform building upkeep indoors and outdoors, follow OSHA safety rules, and assist with snow removal as needed. We offer competitive pay and benefits; equal opportunity employer. No paper applications available; applicants must have a valid email.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Must have knowledge of cleaning equipment and facility upkeep.
• Must be able to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to cleaning emergencies and staff requests within a reasonable time period.
• Ability to plan and organize work to achieve desired results.
• Be comfortable working in external and internal work environments to include adverse or extreme weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunctions with day to day activities. Projects may require working under time constraints to meet deadlines, extended hours and on occasion, weekends.
