Job summary

Nourse Chillicothe Automall in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a full-time automotive custodian to maintain the cleanliness and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced with manual and automatic cleaning tools and capable of working in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and facility upkeep.
• Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to cleaning emergencies.
• Ability to plan and organize work to achieve desired results.
• Comfortable working in external and internal environments including adverse weather.
• Must handle multi-faceted projects with day-to-day activities and occasional extended hours/weekends.

Automotive Custodian (Chillicothe, OH):

Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking a full-time custodian to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and operation of our facilities. The right candidate will have experience with manual and automatic cleaning tools. Compensation will be dependent upon applicant's experience and references.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the basic hygiene tomaintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Assist in the up-keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.
• Adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
• Will perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areas
