The successful candidate will perform building upkeep, adhere to OSHA safety standards, and may assist with snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual and automatic cleaning tools.
• Ability to respond to cleaning emergencies and staff requests promptly.
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure basic hygiene to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Assist in up-keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.
• Adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
• Perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areas.
