Responsibilities

• Verify the cost and transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Post deals accurately and timely.
• Ensure deals comply with DMV/State regulations.
• Reconcile accounting schedules related to car sales.
• Process vehicle warranties and service contracts.
• Prepare month-end reports and schedules.
• Maintain Heat Sheet (vehicle receivables).
• Log returned contracts from financial institutions.
• Post funding notices from banks daily.
• Update flooring log and CIT Log.
• Prepare overnight labels for CIT funding.
• Warranty cancellations; Process and cut checks.
• Maintain filing and assist finance.
