Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end reports and schedules.
• Maintain Heat Sheet (vehicle receivables).
• Log returned contracts from financial institutions.
• Post funding notices from banks daily.
• Update flooring log and CIT Log.
• Prepare overnight labels for CIT funding.
• Warranty cancellations; Process and cut checks.
• Maintain filing and assist finance.

About this position

Essential Job Functions: (Responsibilities include but not limited to):

• Verify the cost and transactions for each vehicle sale
• Responsible for all aspects of posting sales and unwinds accurately and timely
• Responsible for making sure deals are compliant with regulations, i.e. DMV/State of California/BOE
• Reconcile accounting schedules relating to the car sale
• Ensure all aspects of monetary instruments are collected in deal
• Process / register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts / reconcile all corresponding schedules
• Month end reports and schedules
• Maintain Heat Sheet (vehicle receivables)
• Log returned contracts from financial institutions
• Post funding notices from bank daily
• Update and manage flooring log and CIT Log
• Prepare overnight labels for CIT funding
• Warranty cancellations; Process and cut checks
• Maintain filing
