Percepta LLC is seeking a Concierge Customer Service Representative (onsite) in Allen Park, MI. You will be the welcoming voice guiding members through a mobility-support program via phone, video, or chat, delivering high-touch service with empathy and expertise.

You will handle billing inquiries, provide clear guidance, and collaborate with technology owners to resolve issues while driving member satisfaction and retention in a dynamic, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Savvy with technology, software, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).

• Deliver an exceptional, high-quality member experience in every interaction.
• Build strong relationships with members, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Provide clear guidance and hands-on support to members in need.
• Diagnose issues and resolve them through coaching and education.
• Collaborate with app owners to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Investigate billing and payment inquiries with accuracy.
• Own the end-to-end member experience and escalation decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the program and share innovative ideas.
