This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, logging interactions in CRM, and supporting marketing outreach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone manner.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up efficiently.
• Experience using CRM systems and dealership software; basic computer skills.
• Selling skills including handling objections and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts related to sales and service.
• Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments with relevant departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Log all customer interactions in CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with sales/service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups.
• Assist marketing outreach by contacting prior customers and promoting offers.
