Job summary

DCD Automotive/Nucar is seeking an automotive Client Care Representative to handle inbound/outbound communications, qualify leads, and set sales appointments. You will collaborate with Sales and Service to enhance the customer experience and drive dealership growth.

Responsibilities include CRM data management, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns targeting showroom traffic and internet leads. A high school diploma is required, with preference for some college and prior automotive customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems and dealership software; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to upsell and promote offerings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text inquiries related to vehicle sales and services.
• Qualify leads and gather customer information to determine needs.
• Generate new business opportunities from web inquiries, social media, and prior interactions.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments with relevant departments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Log and track customer interactions in CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth handoffs and follow-ups.
• Assist with marketing campaigns by contacting previous customers and promoting offers.
