Responsibilities include inspecting damaged parts, handling customer calls for return authorization, processing damage claims for six manufacturers, and preparing required documentation for returns.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged automotive parts and determine next steps.
• Take calls from customers regarding damaged parts and assist with return authorization.
• Process parts claims for damage - overage and shortage for 6 manufacturers.
• Prepare claim documentation and parts to be returned to our 6 manufacturers.
