Mills Parts Center is seeking an entry-level administrative specialist in Willmar, MN. The role involves working directly with customers to identify potential claims and support the claims lifecycle from intake to documentation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers, handle calls, and assist with returns while upholding professional company representation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level administrative position with a focus on customer interactions.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Able to identify potential claims while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting damaged automotive parts and determining the next step in the process.
• Taking calls from customers regarding damaged parts and assisting with return authorization.
• Processing parts claims for damage - overage and shortage claims for 6 manufacturers.
• Preparing claim documentation and parts to be returned to our 6 manufacturers.
