Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Group in York, PA is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You will answer customer calls, qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments while delivering friendly, solution-focused service.

We offer weekly draw plus commission, full-time schedule, PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company match, on-the-job training, the top insurance program including medical, dental, prescription and vision, advancement opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
