Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team in York County. This full-time role focuses on handling customer calls, scheduling sales appointments, and providing accurate product information while using approved scripts and templates.

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
