Job summary

Ciocca Automotive seeks an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule sales appointments, and deliver friendly, professional service to our customers.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. We offer training, PTO/holidays, 401(k) with company matching, and advancement opportunities within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
