Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in Quakertown, PA is seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our growing team. You’ll coach sales staff, set and drive toward ambitious quotas, and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle with a consultative approach.

We offer a competitive wage range of $110,000–$140,000 plus full-time benefits, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and comprehensive health coverage. Advancement opportunities exist within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership and leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and mentoring skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on closing deals and mentor for performance.
• Set sales goals, monitor progress, and lead the team to exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Deliver high-quality, professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and help close deals.

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership and management experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
