Job summary

Ross Downing Automotive is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage financial operations, reconcile records, track payments, and maintain schedules for inventory and liens. This role supports accurate deal processing and proper posting of all transactions within the accounting system.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and accounting/finance exposure, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting or finance education is a plus.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office.
• Ability to reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounting records between sales and accounting.
• Track money down and COD amounts and record accurately.
• Maintain schedules for Inventory, We Owe, Lien PO, CIT and COD.
• Reconcile inventory by printing accounting details during finalizing deals.
• Manage trade folders with vehicle information and keys.
• Process Lien Purchase Orders and adjust deals for shortages.
• Generate bills for wholesales or dealer trades and post them accurately.
