Job summary

Ross Downing Automotive seeks a Billing Specialist to manage the dealership's financial operations, reconciling sales and accounting records, tracking funds, processing deals, and maintaining schedules for inventory, lien purchase orders, and customer payments.

You will print inventory details, reconcile gross figures, manage trade folders, and ensure accurate posting of transactions while coordinating with the sales team to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting or finance education is a plus.
• Experience with accounting processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounting records with sales department logs.
• Track money down and COD amounts and record them accurately.
• Maintain schedules for Inventory, We Owe, Lien PO, CIT, and COD.
• Reconcile inventory details and print reports to ensure accuracy.
• Manage trade folders with vehicle data, titles, and keys.
• Process Lien Purchase Orders and adjust deals/commissions as needed.
• Bill wholesale and dealer trades and ensure proper posting.
