Job summary

Leoforce in Oakland is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join a high-volume dealership accounting team. You will handle billing transactions, posting payments, account reconciliations, and document management in a fast-paced, paperless environment.

Reporting to the Controller, you will ensure accuracy, organization, and timely processing of invoices and titles, with opportunities to grow your dealership accounting and operations expertise within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, in a dealership is required.
• Strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes.
• Familiarity with contracts and titles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions and invoices accurately and timely.

• Must be able to audit Sales Documents and Titles for compliance.
