Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy office environment.

• CDK experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background/drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer purchase documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Examine contracts to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Verify paperwork/deal jackets align with compliance guidelines.
• Process paperwork in a timely manner and post deals to accounting books.
• Communicate and resolve issues with the Accounting Manager.
• Post corrections as needed and ensure deadlines are met.
