OREMOR Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller/Accounting Clerk to handle vehicle documentation, titles, registrations, and related records. The role supports inventory tracking, record keeping, and reporting in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years automotive billing/accounting experience, excellent communication, and strong computer skills. Experience with WebDealer and out-of-state titles is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years automotive Biller/Accounting Clerk experience
• Excellent telephone skills and communication
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Record sales, profit, and commissions for all sold units and manage vehicle inventories.
• Post vehicle sales to accounting.
• Audit car deals for contracts and documentation standards.
• Verify all documents are signed and completed properly.
• Process paperwork promptly and remit checks for payoffs.
• Reconcile monthly schedules and post related invoices.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
