Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Automotive biller/dealership experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for complex paperwork.
• Knowledge of automotive finance processes and financing options.
• Proficient with dealership management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales transactions, including sales contracts, lease agreements, and finance paperwork.
• Verify all documentation related to vehicle sales for accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate and apply sales taxes, registration fees, and other charges to transactions.
• Prepare and submit financing paperwork to lenders and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and finance to resolve discrepancies in documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle sales transactions and filings.
• Assist with titling, registration, and inventory reconciliation tasks.
• Provide customer service related to vehicle purchases and financing.
