Job summary

Vaden Automotive in Statesboro, GA is seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk to support the accounting team with precise billing operations for retail and wholesale vehicle transactions.

You will handle payoff processing, CIT, dealer reserves, floorplan postings, and monthly/weekly financial reporting, collaborating with the team and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Automotive billing experience is preferred (3 years).

Responsibilities

• Process and post retail and wholesale vehicle deals accurately.
• Manage payoff processes for trade-in vehicles and issue checks.
• Handle Cash in Transit (CIT) and incentive management.
• Reconcile dealer reserves and manage daily bank postings.
• Oversee daily floorplan management and postings.
• Generate weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with end-of-month closings and ensure timely financial submissions.

What You'll Do

• Process and post retail and wholesale vehicle deals accurately

What We're Looking For

• Experience In Automotive Dealership Accounting Is Required
• Familiarity with CDK software is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Automotive Billing experience: 3 years (preferred)
