Job summary

Vaden Automotive is seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our Accounting Department in Savannah, GA. In this role, you will help keep vehicle inventory accurate across multiple locations and support the accounting team with inventory-related tasks.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and good communication. Automotive accounting experience is a plus, and familiarity with dealership management systems is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Some experience in automotive accounting is preferred (but if you're eager to learn, we're open)
• Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
• Comfortable working in Excel and other office programs
• Team player with great communication skills
• Bonus points if you've used dealership management systems (DMS) before
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
