Job summary

Vaden Automotive in Statesboro, GA seeks an Automotive Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. You will handle billing operations, posting deals, payoff processes, CIT, dealer reserves, floorplan postings, and monthly reports.

Candidates should have experience in automotive dealership accounting, familiarity with CDK software, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma is required; 3 years of auto billing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and post retail and wholesale vehicle deals accurately
• Manage payoff processes for trade-in vehicles and issue corresponding checks
• Handle Cash in Transit (CIT) and incentive management
• Reconcile dealer reserves and manage daily bank postings
• Oversee daily floorplan management and postings
• Generate weekly and monthly financial reports
• Assist with end-of-month closings and ensure timely financial submissions
