Job summary

Nissan of Gadsden is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to manage vehicle sale transactions, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain organized files in a fast-paced automotive dealership.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams, using Microsoft Office and dealership software to reconcile data and support month-end tasks. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership billing or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (DealerTrack, CDK) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
