Cooper Auto Group in Edmond, OK is hiring a Billing Clerk for our Corporate Accounting department. You will handle billing tasks, reconcile records, and process vehicle deals for titling and funding, ensuring accurate posting and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of automotive retail accounting, with 2–4 years of billing experience, and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Two to four years of automotive retail accounting or billing clerk experience preferred.
• ADP/CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile office records with sales; post retail transactions.
• Process deals for registration with the state for titling.
• Send contracts to lenders for funding.
• Review retail deals from F&I for accuracy.
• Post daily retail car deals to accounting.
• Research and reconcile inventory schedules.
• Issue checks for trade payoffs and reconcile schedules.
