Job summary

Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh is seeking a Biller Associate to join our corporate accounting team in the Biller department. This on-site, full-time role in Northwest Raleigh offers a structured, entry-level accounting path with potential for growth within the Anderson Automotive Group.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and capable of coordinating multiple tasks, including reviewing commission data, preparing GL entries, and liaising with payroll.

Qualifications

• Entry-level accounting role
• Automotive accounting experience preferred
• Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities

• Review and upload commission data
• Maintain and reconcile sales commission for accuracy
• Prepare GL entries for additional commission and discretionary bonus
• Submit commission data to payroll department for payment processing
• Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the proper period
• Process lien payoffs on trade-in vehicles
• Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss
• Review and maintain accounting schedules
