Job summary

Fred Anderson Chevrolet, Buick, GMC Cadillac in Greer, SC is hiring an entry-level Biller Associate for the on-site accounting team. This role focuses on reviewing and posting commission data, managing dual scribing of payables, and supporting payroll with timely GL entries.

We seek detail-oriented team players who can coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced dealership environment. Prior automotive accounting is a plus; CDK familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with organization and time management.
• Experience with review of commission data and payroll submission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and upload commission data.
• Maintain and reconcile sales commission for accuracy.
• Prepare GL entries for additional commission and discretionary bonus.
• Submit commission data to payroll department for payment processing.
• Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the proper period.
• Process lien payoffs on trade-in vehicles.
• Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss.
• Review and maintain accounting schedules.
