Job summary

Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh is seeking an entry-level Biller Associate to join our corporate accounting team. This on-site role in Northwest Raleigh handles commission data, GL entries, and payroll submissions with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Automotive accounting experience is preferred; CDK software experience is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid license is helpful for lien-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and upload commission data.
• Maintain and reconcile sales commission for accuracy.
• Prepare GL entries for additional commission and discretionary bonuses.
• Submit commission data to payroll for processing.
• Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the correct period.
• Process lien payoffs on trade‑in vehicles.
• Assist in finalizing deals in accounting and verifying profit/loss.
