Job summary

The Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level corporate accountant to join the Biller department at our Northwest Raleigh location. This on-site role supports processing commissions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate payroll data.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, attention to detail, and familiarity with CDK software. Automotive experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Coordinate activities with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Review and upload commission data and maintain schedules.
• Prepare GL entries for commissions and discretionary bonuses.
• Submit commission data to payroll and ensure accruals are in the proper period.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain accounting schedules related to billing and commissions.
• Process lien payoffs on trade‑in vehicles as part of accounting.
• Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss.
• Maintain and reconcile sales commissions for accuracy.
• Understand associates’ commission issues and communicate solutions professionally.

The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history. As we continue to grow and expand, we are adding to our existing corporate accounting team in our Biller department. We have 17 high-volume dealerships throughout the Carolinas and Florida.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate location in Northwest Raleigh, NC:

• This is an entry-level accounting role
• Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred
• Hourly pay rate will be based on prior experience
• Monday-Friday position

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
