Extreme DCJR is seeking a driven individual for a Business Development Representative role with an opportunity to grow into Internet Sales. You will manage internet leads, set appointments, and build relationships to drive dealership growth.

The role includes a mentor-led apprenticeship with clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals, aimed at progressing to an Internet Salesperson. Low turnover and a long-tenure culture support development.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence with professional communication.
• Experience in sales, call centers, or BDC is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads, text messages, and phone leads via CRM.
• Set, confirm, and execute follow-ups to reschedule no-shows.
• Maintain communication with managers and sales staff regarding activity.
• Coordinate post-sale follow-up calls and schedule service and sales appointments.
• Conduct outreach based on current marketing incentives.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers via phone and email.
• Develop a sales and business opportunity pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales to refine strategies and techniques.
• Follow up with customers to encourage dealership visits.
• Maintain ethical behavior and supreme customer satisfaction.
