This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and professional communication. You will use our CRM daily, present initial financing options, and collaborate with management in a fast-growing, family-run dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups for sales appointments.
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using approved scripts.
• Provide customers with initial product details and direct to dealership resources.
• Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs.
• Proactively follow up with leads, including non-committed or missed appointments.
• Collaborate in team and process improvement sessions with teammates and management.
• Utilize the dealership’s CRM system daily for lead tracking and updates.
