Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and motivate BDC Representatives.
• Monitor daily BDR activity and performance.
• Review calls, texts, emails, and CRM follow-up for quality.
• Conduct call reviews and one-on-one coaching.
• Assist in onboarding new BDC Representatives.
• Ensure quick, professional responses to new leads.
• Maintain consistent processes and daily/weekly/monthly goals.
