Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests across multiple dealership locations.
• Schedule service appointments and confirm details accurately.
• Engage customers to promote dealership services and programs.
• Maintain detailed records and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Build product knowledge across the Tom Wood Automotive Group’s diverse lineup.
